How can a real estate agent make listing videos without filming?
Real estate agents use VideoPronto to turn the listing photos they already have into a vertical tour with an agent host, and to make open house, price change, just sold and agent intro videos from one sentence, in English, Spanish or both. Each video costs about $3.30 from one-time credit packs, with no subscription.

A listing week in four videos
- Just listed: the tour. Upload the listing photos, add address, beds, baths and price, and pick a host and language. The tour walks buyers room by room and ends on a book-a-showing card.
- Open house: the invite. One sentence with the day, time and address. A host on the street in front of the home invites buyers in, with the details on screen.
- Price change: the update. Change the price in the listing details and render the tour again, or make a short spokesperson video saying what changed.
- Just sold: the proof. A short video from you or your digital double: the street, the result, and an invitation to sellers nearby to ask what their home is worth.
What videos can a real estate agent make with VideoPronto?
Four kinds cover most of a listing's life, and none of them needs a camera. Each one is a vertical MP4 you own and can post or run as an ad, in English, in Spanish, or one of each.
- Property Tours for the listing itself: an agent host walks buyers through your real listing photos, room by room, with the address, beds, baths and price on screen and a book-a-showing end card.
- AI spokesperson for you as the face: open house invites, price changes, just sold, market updates and your own intro, through a consent-verified digital double.
- Real Voices for seller and buyer lead ads: several real-looking homeowners, one line each, the way a street interview sounds.
- Spanish video ads for the same listing in the Spanish your buyers speak: Miami Cuban, Mexican, Colombian, Puerto Rican, Argentinian, Tejano or Spain.
How do I turn listing photos into a video tour?
Upload the photos you already have, add the listing details, pick a host and a language, and approve the storyboard. VideoPronto writes the walkthrough in the order a buyer would walk the house, renders each room from your photo with the host presenting it, adds captions, and ends on a book-a-showing card. The full walkthrough, with which photos to use and in what order, is in how to turn listing photos into a video tour.
"I upload the listing photos I already have and an agent walks buyers through the house room by room. They show up to the showing already knowing the layout." — Zack, real estate agent
How much does a real estate listing video cost?
On VideoPronto a listing video costs about $3.30, from one-time credit packs of $20, $50, $500 or $1,000, with no subscription. A typical video uses about 250 credits; a tour shows its exact credit cost before you confirm, because a home with more rooms is more scenes. Credits do not expire and failed renders are refunded automatically. See pricing.
The other ways to get a listing video price differently, so compare on the same terms:
| VideoPronto | Monthly AI listing-video plan | Hired videographer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| How you pay | One-time credit packs, about $3.30 a video | A monthly or quarterly subscription | Per shoot or per package |
| What it is made from | Your existing listing photos | Usually your photos or a listing import | New footage shot at the home |
| Who presents | Your digital double or one of our hosts | Varies by tool | You on camera, or no presenter |
| Spanish | Written natively, by variety, from the same photos | Varies by tool | A second shoot or voice-over |
| Scheduling | None: no visit, no filming | None | A visit to the home |
A videographer is the better pick for a luxury listing that needs drone shots and real motion through the home. For the everyday listing, the price change and the open house, a tour from photos you already paid for is the faster habit. For a tool-by-tool comparison, see VideoPronto vs AutoReel.
Can I make listing videos in English and Spanish?
Yes, from the same photos, and that is how many agents in bilingual markets use it. The Spanish tour is written in Spanish by variety, with a matching voice and host, so a Miami listing can have a Cuban Spanish tour and a Houston listing a Mexican or Tejano one. Post each where those buyers scroll.
"Every listing gets an English tour and a Spanish tour from the same photos. My buyers don't all scroll the same feed, and now I'm in both." — Ana, real estate agent
The Spanish version of this format is videos para bienes raíces.
What should an open house or just sold video say?
One home, one reason to come, one time and place. These prompts can be typed into VideoPronto as they are, with your own details:
Open house: A friendly agent on the sidewalk in front of a white two-story home invites buyers to the open house this Saturday 1 to 4 at 123 Palm Street, four beds, pool, quiet cul-de-sac.
Price change: Our agent, calm and direct, says the three-bedroom on Coral Way just came down $20,000, and that this is the week to see it before the weekend showings.
Just sold: The agent stands on the street of a home that just sold over asking in 9 days and invites neighbors who are curious what their home is worth to call for a free valuation.

What are the rules for real estate video ads?
Two sets of rules apply when a listing video runs as a paid ad. Meta requires ads for housing, which includes home listings, to run in its Housing special ad category, and that category limits targeting by age, gender and ZIP code, so you reach buyers by location radius and interests instead. The federal Fair Housing Act also bars ads that state a preference or limitation based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, so describe the home and the neighborhood, not the buyer you imagine.
Your MLS and each listing site have their own rules for video, and your brokerage may have branding rules; check them before you post. When a generated person or scene could be mistaken for a real one, disclose it and follow each platform's AI labeling prompts. Never present a generated person as a real client or a real review. See AI ad disclosure rules.
What are other agents in my market running?
Competitor ad research takes another agent's or brokerage's Facebook page, pulls their active ads from the Meta Ad Library and shows which listings, hooks and offers they keep renewing, so you can make your own version.
Frequently asked questions
How can a real estate agent make listing videos without filming?
Upload the listing photos you already have to a VideoPronto Property Tour, add the address, beds, baths and price, and pick a host and language. VideoPronto writes the walkthrough, renders each room from your photos with the host presenting, and returns a vertical MP4 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.
How much does a real estate listing video cost?
On VideoPronto, about $3.30 per video from one-time credit packs starting at $20, with no subscription. A tour shows its exact credit cost before you confirm, credits do not expire, and failed renders are refunded automatically. A hired videographer or a monthly AI plan is priced differently; compare before you buy.
Does the tour show rooms that are not in my photos?
No. A Property Tour uses only your listing photos, with no stock footage and no invented rooms, so the video matches the listing. Every room the host names is a room from your photos.
Can I make the same listing video in English and Spanish?
Yes. Make the tour in English, in Spanish, or one of each from the same photos. The Spanish version is written in Spanish by variety, such as Miami Cuban, Mexican or Colombian, with a matching voice, not translated line by line.
Can I be the agent in my videos?
Yes. Build a digital double from a few photos and a short voice recording through a consent-verified flow, and it hosts your tours and intros. If you would rather stay off camera, pick one of our ready-made hosts. Your biometric data is never sold.
What rules apply when I run a listing video as a Facebook ad?
Ads for housing, including home listings, must run in Meta's Housing special ad category, which limits targeting by age, gender and ZIP code. The Fair Housing Act also bars ads that state a preference based on a protected class. Describe the home, not the buyer you imagine.
Do I need to say the video uses AI?
Say so when a viewer could mistake a generated person or scene for a real one, and follow each platform's AI labeling prompts. Never present a generated person as a real client or a real review. Our AI ad disclosure guide covers the FTC, Meta, TikTok and YouTube rules.
