Real estate listing videos from the photos you already have

VideoPronto Property Tours turn your listing photos into a vertical video tour. An agent host — your digital double or one of ours — walks buyers through the home room by room in English, Spanish or one of each, with an address chip, beds, baths and price on screen and a book-a-showing end card. It uses only your real photos.

How to make a listing video with VideoPronto

  1. Upload your listing photos. Add the photos you already have for the listing — exterior, kitchen, living areas, primary suite, baths, outdoor space. Each photo becomes a room in the tour.
  2. Add the listing details. Enter the address, beds, baths and price. They appear on screen as an address chip and a spec line, and the host speaks them.
  3. Choose the host and language. Pick your own consent-verified digital double or one of our agent hosts, and make the tour in English, in Spanish, or one of each from the same photos.
  4. Render and post. VideoPronto renders the tour with captions and a book-a-showing end card, and returns a vertical MP4 for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

What does a VideoPronto listing video look like?

A Property Tour is a vertical video in which an agent host walks buyers through the home one room at a time, using your listing photos as the rooms. The host opens on the exterior, names each space as it appears, speaks the real specs, and closes on a book-a-showing end card with your name and phone.

On screen, the viewer sees:

  • An address chip — the street address, so the video is never a mystery house.
  • Beds, baths and price — the three numbers buyers look for first.
  • Captions — so the tour works with the sound off in a feed.
  • A book-a-showing end card — the one action you want from the viewer.

The Lotus Edge example on this page is a 1:08 walkthrough of a model home built from real model-home photography. It came from one line:

Make a realtor walkthrough of the Santorini at Lotus Edge — my host inside every room, speaking the real specs.

Does the tour show the real property?

Yes. A Property Tour uses only the photos you upload. There is no stock footage and there are no invented rooms: every room the host names is a room from your photos. If the listing has no photo of the garage, the tour has no garage.

That is a deliberate choice. A listing video that shows a room the house does not have sets up a disappointing showing and a harder conversation. Keeping the tour to the real photos means the video, the listing and the showing all match.

Who is the agent in the video?

You choose. The host can be:

  • Your digital double — built from a few photos and a short voice recording through a consent-verified flow, so buyers meet the actual listing agent. Your biometric data is never sold and is deleted when you delete the double. See AI spokesperson and digital doubles.
  • One of our agent hosts — a ready-made presenter, for agents who would rather not be on camera or who want a tour out today.

Can I make listing videos in English and Spanish?

Yes. Each tour can be made in English, in Spanish, or one of each from the same photos. English hosts can use accents such as Southern US, New York, Texas or California. Spanish tours are written in Spanish by variety — Miami Cuban, Mexican, Colombian, Puerto Rican, Argentinian, Tejano or Spain — with a matching voice, not translated line by line from the English script.

"Every listing gets an English tour and a Spanish tour from the same photos. My buyers don't all scroll the same feed, and now I'm in both." — Ana, real estate agent

There is a Spanish version of this page for agents who market in Spanish: videos para bienes raíces. For Spanish advertising beyond listings, see Spanish video ads.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

Most VideoPronto videos go from input to finished MP4 in under seven minutes, and nearly all in under ten. There is no shoot to schedule, no gimbal walk-through and no editor.

Tours are paid with the same one-time credit packs as every other format — $20, $50, $500 or $1,000, no subscription, and credits do not expire. A typical VideoPronto video uses about 250 credits, or about $3.30; a tour shows its exact credit cost before you confirm, and a failed render refunds its credits automatically. See pricing for what each pack buys.

What should I know before running a listing video as an ad?

The video is yours to use commercially, and you are responsible for the rules that apply to housing advertising. Two worth knowing:

  • Fair housing covers what the video says and shows. The federal regulation on discriminatory advertising, 24 CFR 100.75, applies to written and oral statements and to "words, phrases, photographs, illustrations" that indicate a preference based on a protected class (checked 23 September 2026). The host's script is an oral statement: describe the property, not the buyer you imagine for it.
  • Meta treats housing ads as a Special Ad Category. Meta's discriminatory practices policy says US advertisers running housing ads must self-identify as a Special Ad Category and use only approved targeting options (checked 23 September 2026).

The step-by-step guide how to turn listing photos into a video tour covers which photos to use, their order, what the host should say and where to post the result.

When is another listing-video tool the better pick?

If you want listings imported automatically from Zillow, Realtor.com or your MLS, virtual staging of empty rooms, or a free plan to try first, AutoReel offers those (per its site, checked 23 September 2026) on a quarterly or annual subscription. VideoPronto is the better fit when you want an agent host on camera — you or ours — Spanish by variety, pay-as-you-go credits instead of a subscription, and a tour that shows only the real rooms.

"I upload the listing photos I already have and an agent walks buyers through the house room by room. They show up to the showing already knowing the layout." — Zack, real estate agent

What else can agents make with it?

The same account makes every VideoPronto format. Agents can use UGC-style ads for "just listed" and open-house announcements, Real Voices for several different people on one theme, and their digital double for market updates without filming each week.

Frequently asked questions

How do I turn listing photos into a video?

Upload the listing photos to a VideoPronto Property Tour, add the address, beds, baths and price, and pick a host and language. VideoPronto writes the walkthrough, renders each room from your photos with the host presenting, and returns a vertical MP4 with a book-a-showing end card.

Does the video add rooms or furniture that are not in my photos?

No. A Property Tour uses only your listing photos — no stock footage and no invented rooms. Every room the host names is a room from your photos, so buyers see the property as it is, which keeps the video consistent with the listing.

Can I be the agent in the tour?

Yes. Build a digital double from a few photos and a short voice recording through a consent-verified flow, and it hosts your tours. If you would rather stay off camera, pick one of our ready-made agent hosts instead. Your biometric data is never sold.

Can I make the same listing video in Spanish?

Yes. Make the tour in English, in Spanish, or one of each from the same photos. The Spanish version is written in Spanish by variety — for example Miami Cuban, Mexican or Colombian — with a matching voice, not translated line by line from English.

How much does a real estate listing video cost?

Property Tours are paid with the same one-time credit packs as every VideoPronto video, starting at $20, with no subscription. A typical video uses about 250 credits, roughly $3.30; a tour shows its exact credit cost before you confirm, and failed renders are refunded automatically.

Where can I post the listing video?

You own the video and can use it commercially. It renders as a vertical MP4 for Instagram and Facebook Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Check your MLS and each listing site for their own video rules, and follow fair housing and platform ad rules when you run it as an ad.

Video, pronto.
