Buy credits once, spend them whenever. A typical finished video uses about 250 credits — and if a render fails, the credits come back automatically.
How credits work
Think of credits like tokens. Everything we make for you — a script, a scene picture, a scene redo, the video itself — uses a few. The credit cost of an action is always shown before you confirm it, you only spend credits on work we actually do, and your full credit history is visible on your billing page.
Questions, answered
What's a credit?
A credit is VideoPronto's unit of work. Generating a script, rendering a scene, cloning a voice, or running competitor research each costs a set number of credits, shown up front. A typical finished video uses about 250 credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is in good standing — buy a pack today and use it whenever you need a video.
What happens if a render fails?
The credits it consumed are returned to your balance automatically — no ticket, no waiting on support. This applies whether the failure was on our side or at an upstream provider. Refund & Credit Policy
Can I use my own face and voice?
Yes — that is the avatar double feature. You upload photos and a short voice recording through a consent-verified flow, and your double can star in every video you make. Your biometric data is never sold and is deleted when you delete your avatar. Biometric Consent
