How can a cleaning company make video ads without filming clients?
Cleaning companies use VideoPronto to make vertical video ads without filming a client's home or putting the crew on camera. You type what you do, and it produces a real-looking homeowner, several one-line voices or a ready-made presenter delivering your offer in English or Spanish, with your logo and web address on the end card, for about $3.30 a video.

Which video ad formats work for a cleaning company?
Cleaning is sold on a feeling, so the formats that work best show a person reacting to a clean home rather than the cleaning itself. VideoPronto makes three of them without filming a client's house or putting your crew on camera, and each ends on your logo, your line and your web address, shown and read aloud.
- Real Voices: three or four different real-looking people, one line each, in one ad. The sample on this page is one: three homeowners at their own front doors after the crew left. It reads like word of mouth because it is several mouths.
- UGC ads: one homeowner talking to the phone the way a friend would, for example a parent admitting the house got away from them.
- Promoters: a ready-made presenter who delivers your offer directly, such as a first-clean discount or a move-out package.
- Product showcase: no people at all, just macro shots of a gleaming counter or a spotless shower glass with bold captions, for the sound-off scroll.
The sample on this page is a concept ad for "Pronto Clean", a fictional brand we made to show the format. It is not a client.
"We're a cleaning company, not a media company. I typed what we do and got a real-looking homeowner at her front door telling people about us." — Sheila, cleaning company
What should a cleaning company ad say?
Open on the situation your buyer is in right now, then name one service and one offer. A different situation means a different buyer, so make one ad per service. These prompts can be typed into VideoPronto as they are:
Three different homeowners, one line each, at their own front door after the cleaning crew left — real people, no script voice.
A tired mom drops her keys on a spotless kitchen counter on a Friday evening, looks around, and says this is the first weekend in months she does not have to clean; end on our biweekly offer.
A college renter stands in an empty, sparkling apartment holding up her full deposit check, and says she almost did the move-out clean herself.
An Airbnb host checks a turnover on his phone between guests, calm and relieved, and says he stopped doing laundry at midnight when he found us.
Moody macro of a streak-free shower glass and a wiped quartz counter, bold captions, no people at all, ending on our first-clean price.
The first prompt is the exact one behind the sample on this page. For more openings, see video ad hooks.
What makes people hesitate to hire a cleaner?
Cleaning is personal: a stranger in your home, near your things. Ads that answer one of these worries out loud tend to give people a reason to book. They are patterns to write for, not statistics:
- Trust: who will be in my house, and are they insured and background-checked? Say what you actually do.
- Consistency: will it be the same crew and the same standard every time?
- Price: is it by the hour or flat, and what is included in a deep clean versus a regular clean?
- Guilt: "I should be able to do this myself." A UGC confession that admits it gives the viewer permission.
- Flexibility: can I skip a week, change the day, cancel?
Pick one per ad. Each video costs a few dollars, so you can test several and keep the one that brings bookings.
Can I advertise my cleaning service in English and Spanish?
Yes. From the same Brand Kit and offer, VideoPronto writes an English ad and a Spanish ad natively in the variety your customers speak — Miami Cuban, Mexican, Colombian, Puerto Rican, Argentinian, Tejano or Spain — with a matching voice and presenter. In South Florida, that means one version for Kendall or Coral Springs and one in Cuban Spanish for Hialeah or Westchester, without translating the English script.
Una señora en su sala recién limpia en Hialeah, en español cubano, dice que por fin tiene el sábado libre, y termina con nuestra oferta de la primera limpieza.
See Spanish video ads for how each variety is written.
How much does a cleaning company video ad cost?
About $3.30 per finished video. Credits come in one-time packs of $20, $50, $500 or $1,000, with no subscription; a typical video uses about 250 credits, the cost is shown before you confirm, failed renders are refunded automatically, and credits do not expire. Every format and language is included. See pricing.
There is no filming, casting or editing. You review a storyboard of every scene and approve it before anything renders, and short ads usually finish the same day.
Can AI homeowners appear as happy customers?
As portrayals, yes; as fake reviews, no. In August 2024 the FTC announced a final rule banning fake reviews and testimonials, including AI-generated ones and ones attributed to people who do not exist. So do not put an invented name, star rating or "verified customer" label on a generated homeowner, and do not claim results you cannot back up. Your own real reviews and real quotes are fair to use. Platforms have their own AI disclosure rules too; see AI ad disclosure rules for Meta, TikTok and Google.
What else can a cleaning company make?
If you offer related services, see video ads for home services. To see which offers your local competitors keep paying to run, competitor ad research pulls their active Meta ads and turns their repeated hooks into concepts you can make from your own Brand Kit.
Frequently asked questions
What video ads work for a cleaning company?
Ads that show the feeling of coming home to a clean house: a homeowner at the front door, a tired parent on a Friday, a tenant getting a deposit back. VideoPronto makes these as UGC ads, Real Voices ads with several people, or Promoter ads delivering your offer.
Do I need before-and-after footage from real homes?
No. VideoPronto generates the scenes, so you do not need to film inside a client's home or ask anyone for permission to post their living room. You describe the job and the result in a sentence, and the scenes are built from that.
Can I make cleaning ads in Spanish?
Yes. Ads can be written natively in Miami Cuban, Mexican, Colombian, Puerto Rican, Argentinian, Tejano or Spain Spanish, with a matching voice and presenter. You can run an English ad and a Spanish ad for the same offer from one Brand Kit.
How much does a cleaning company video ad cost?
About $3.30 per finished video. You buy a one-time credit pack starting at $20, with no subscription. A typical video uses about 250 credits, the cost is shown before you confirm, credits do not expire and failed renders are refunded automatically.
Is it allowed to show AI homeowners praising my cleaning service?
Only as a portrayal, never passed off as reviews from real customers. The FTC's 2024 rule bans fake testimonials, including AI-generated ones and ones from people who do not exist. Do not add invented names or star ratings, and follow each platform's AI disclosure rules.
Which cleaning services can I advertise this way?
Any service you can describe in a sentence: recurring house cleaning, deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, post-construction, office cleaning, carpet or window cleaning. Make one ad per service so each one leads with the situation that buyer is in.
Video, pronto.
